The client was able to use the SLA to manage its banking services more effectively across multiple banking relationships.
Pricing Analysis
Duncan Consulting conducted a competitive pricing analysis on a particular electronic banking service for a large client. Our analysis and recommendations indicated the potential for a 50% reduction in current costs.
